DT Series Belt Conveyor could be categorized according to different standards as follows:
(1) Categorized by driving form
1. Chain Driving Series
Driven by cyclical pin-wheel reducer (including outdoor electric motor) and chain-driving structure
2. Mechanical Driving Series
Driven by Side-hung reducer and belt-driving structure
3. Electric Rotor Driving Series
Directly driven by electric rotors
(2) Categorized by Installation Manners
1. Fixed Series
2. Mobile Series
It is equipped with tires and idler angle adjustment facilities so as to meet diversified requirements according to loading tasks.
(3) Categorized by Structure
The belt conveyors have three different structures:
1. U Steel Structure
2. Fame Structure
3. Thruster Structure
Note: it is optional for clients to order belt conveyors with or without repairing walk-ways.
Remark:
The capacity listed in the above-mentioned table is calculated under following condition:
1. The density of the transferred materials is 1.0t/m3;
2. The accumulated slope of the material is 30º;
3. The density of transferred materials should be less than 2.5t/ m3.
